Reservation Agreement:

Vehicle Agreement: Thank you for using Palm Beach Premier.This is a Contractual Agreement for the hire of a Chauffeured Vehicle Service. WAIT TIME: For airport pick ups a 30 minute grace period is given after a posted domestic flight arrival time and 60 minutes is given for international flights. Additional wait time will be added once grace period has elapsed. Additional wait time for non airport pick ups: a 15 minute grace period is allowed. Any additional wait time is 1.00 per minute. Additional charges may be incurred and added to bill such as airport or seaport surcharges, tolls, and a $20 off hour fee between the hours of 11:00 pm-5:00 am. If applicable, any extra stops, wait time and holiday surcharges must be included. Pricing is subject to change without prior notification.NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION POLICY: cancelled reservation before 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time: card holder will be charged half of the full amount of the cost of the trip. SAME DAY RESERVATION/CANCELLATION: will be a Full Charge. If a customer cancels a reservation less than 24 hours prior and or same day to the scheduled pickup time or fails to be at a designated pick up location a fee equal to the cost of the trip, gratuity, wait time and all other out of pocket costs will be charged to the customer.Weddings, night out on town/prom/special events such as concert or holidays including New Years there will be  no refund of deposit.RULES AND REGULATIONS: Client agrees that Premier shall not be held responsible for delays or inconvenience caused by traffic, mechanical failures, or events beyond our control. Customer agrees that a replacement vehicle may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, flat tire, limo involved in an accident, etc. Damages to the vehicle or excessive cleaning will result in additional charges, which include the actual cost to replace or repair, plus any downtime while being repaired. Premier will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged articles of client. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. No illegal drug usage and smoking is prohibited. Violation will result in early termination with no refunds.  REMINDER:Please proceed to designated pick up or baggage area to meet your driver. If unable to locate driver please call 561-747-0220 to avoid additional charges.
